Assoc. Prof. Dr. PHAM THI LAN HUONG - EVERY JOURNEY IS PRECIOUS!

It took more than 50 years for the rights of Worldwide Women to suffrage, labor, and fair treatment to be officially marked by March 8 - International Women's Day in 1910. In our country, through the timeless lyrics and poems, from the majestic era of Mrs. Trung, Mrs. Trieu to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, women fighting in the front and rear, today, March 8 is also an opportunity for women to be honored and appreciated. On this year's International Women's Day, Faculty of Marketing - University of Economics, University of Danang would like to send best wishes to half of the world, especially Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Lan Huong - Former Dean of Faculty of Marketing for the period 2014-2022 on a journey of new experiences with her family.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Lan Huong has led and built the Faculty of Marketing to gradually be developed. With nearly 30 years of dedication to the teaching profession and 8 years of being a respected leader, she has left a valuable legacy of Marketing Major meeting AUN-QA standard with the highest accreditation score within the system at that time, with 3 trending training specialities (Marketing Management, Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing) and rising-to-top admission scores within the University of Economics - University of Danang in recent years. Thanks to her role as a leader in closely connecting high-quality human resources, who have been trained in developed countries, with training programs and social needs, she has made a great contribution to bringing human resources of the Faculty of Marketing, a full-fledged training program and International Scientific Conference MICA becomes a bright name in the market. Each milestone in her nearly decade-long journey with the Faculty of Marketing has left many imprints and unforgettable memories in the hearts of all lecturers, generations of students inside and outside the Faculty as well as domestic and international partners.

Although she chooses to stay behind as the rear, she will probably be happy when the Faculty of Marketing today is gradually strengthened from the seeds she planted years ago. The Faculty would like to express our respect, gratitude and wish her always full of energy, happiness, and fullness in life. Although a few words are not enough to convey our full emotion, the Faculty of Marketing would like to express our love and appreciation to her, and continue to inherit the enthusiasm and passion that she has given the roots. Thank you Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Lan Huong for continuing to accompany and support the Faculty in other role.
