WORKSHOP: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Workshop Customer Experience organized by Faculty of Marketing - University of Economics, Danang University took place successfully on Sunday morning (March 25, 2018) at Hall A, with the participation of more than 350 students from 9 classes of Consumer Behavior and other specialized students of DUE. 
The workshop was honored with the participation of 2 professional guests, Mr. Tran Luc (Deputy Director, SaigonTourist Company) and Mr. Nguyen Huu Chinh (Leader of Northern Region traditional channel, Company Samsung Vina Electronics Limited).


At the beginning of the program, Associate Professor Pham Thi Lan Huong - Dean of Faculty of Marketing had shared academic problems, helping students have a better overview of the concept of Customer Experience ( Customer experience). This term is understood as the memorable experiences (rational, sensory, emotional and action responses) that customers get when interacting with the company / product / brand throughout the relationship. For example, the memorable experiences of a trip in Da Nang can be described as the process in which visitors contact with all the attractions, services and people. In the context of the modern economy which had moved to a new stage as the economy experiences, from a non-branded product economy to a commodity economy and service economy, Memorable experiences are more likely to be a wide range of unique competitive advantages and be difficult to imitate. Therefore, customer experience is becoming a strategy chosen by many executives and marketing experts.


Mr. Nguyen Huu Chinh told the students about the development history of Samsung TV series and cleverly integrated the experiences that Samsung has brought to customers through each period
