ACKNOWLEDGING THE EXEMPLARY ETHICAL MODEL OF HO CHI MINH – THE FACULTY OF FINANCE

Throughout the struggle for national construction and defense, our forefathers always valued ethics and established good moral standards in relationships, suitable for the nation's existence and development requirements. Ho Chi Minh's ethical ideology originates from the traditional ethics of the Vietnamese people, which he inherited and developed, combining with the quintessence of human culture.

In the current context of national renovation, learning and following the ethical example of Uncle Ho is one of the measures to promote the positive aspects of ethics and lifestyles. Party members, youth with the ideals of the Party and Uncle Ho consider it an honor and a goal to strive to follow and cultivate ethics and talents.

To respond to Uncle Ho's ideology, the university in general and the Faculty of Finance in particular have launched numerous activities and movements to nurture and foster the younger generation of Union members and youth. And one cannot overlook the efforts to nurture the leadership team of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Faculty of Finance in the past time. In which, there is an exemplary figure - Member CAO LUU QUANG VU, known for the titles "Excellent Student" awarded by the University of Da Nang and "Outstanding Excellent Student" awarded by the University.

In addition to being the class monitor of the 46K16 Union, Quang Vu is also a member of the Events Committee of the Executive Committee of the Faculty of Finance since 2021. With outstanding achievements in youth union work and youth movement in the 2021-2022 term, Vu has taken on the role of Head of the Events Committee for the 2022-2023 term. Throughout the working process, Quang Vu has organized many successful activities with the Executive Committee members, carrying significant meanings such as Volunteer Spring, Gratitude Repayment, Cleanup Sơn Trà, Freshman Camp, Finance Race Academic Competition, etc.

As a dynamic student, Quang Vu has not only achieved high academic and extracurricular results but also won the third prize in the Gratitude Exchange Competition for a Thousand Happinesses 2023. Furthermore, with a passion for history and political science, Quang Vu made it to the Top 10 finalists in the national finals of the Marx - Lenin and Ho Chi Minh Thought "Guiding Light" V competition, excellently winning the Collective Second Prize Certificate from the Da Nang city Youth Union Executive Committee and the Collective First Prize Certificate from University of Economics – the University of Da Nang Youth Union Executive Committee.

Youth in any era are a large social force, one of the important factors determining the future and destiny of the nation and people. President Ho Chi Minh affirmed: "Youth are the future masters of the country. Indeed, whether the country is prosperous or declining, weak or strong, largely depends on the youth. If the youth want to become worthy future masters, they must cultivate their spirit and strength right now, they must go to work to prepare for that future." Therefore, learning and following the ethical example of Uncle Ho is also a way to help us perfect ourselves.
