Dr. Dang Huu Man and research team is 1 of  32 projects are honored to get funded by NASFOTED, from the year 2018 .

In this project, the research team solves 3 main problems:

1. Evaluate motivations and determinants of stock price raising behavior of target companies, dynamics to adjust bid prices of acquirers, and the role of information environment in the market mergers and acquisitions in countries with differing institutional environments and levels of information transparency.

2. Evaluate the impact of the information environment and governance mechanisms outside the company on the company's capital structure decisions, and consider whether or not this potential correlation changes according to physical environmental characteristics. national institutions.

3. Clarify the role of the national institutional environment in the relationship between the information environment, governance mechanisms outside the company, and corporate investment decisions.

The product of this project is expected to be 2 articles published in List of Journals-ISI list and 1 articles published in list journals-SCOPUS with the implementation time of two years.
