8 scientists of the University of Economics were honored at the conference summarizing the scientific & technological activities in the period 2011-2015.

This morning, April 9, 2016, the University of Da Nang held a conference the conference summarizing the scientific & technological activities in the period 2011-2015. The conference was attended by Prof. Bui Van Ga - Deputy Minister of Education and Training; Assoc.Prof. Le Trong Hung - Director of Technology and Environment Department, Ministry of Education and Training; city leadership representative; leaders of Da Nang University and member educational institutions; the lecturers and specialists of affiliated schools.

The conference honored outstanding individuals with outstanding achievements in scientific research activities. The University of Economics has 8 individuals who received certificates of merit from the University of Da Nang:

Best scientific publication: Dr. Dang Tung Lam, Dr. Nguyen Cong Phuong, Dr. Nguyen Phuc Nguyen; Best scientific and technological results: Dr. Le Thi Minh Hang, Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, MSc. Pham Quang Tin; Results of technology transfer, international cooperation, most typical scientific products in the period 2011-2015: Prof. Nguyen Truong Son, Assoc.Prof. Bui Quang Binh.

Besides, Dr. Dang Tung Lam (Faculty of Finance) was also honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training for his outstanding contributions in Science and Technology activities. Congratulations to the honored scientists. We wish lecturers will continue to gain more success in their teaching and research careers in the coming time.


 

 

Also at the conference, delegates heard reports and speeches from member educational institutions of the University of Da Nang about their experiences in scientific research in each unit. Representative of the University of Economics - Assoc.Prof. Vo Thi Thuy Anh - Vice Rector of the University presented the report "Developing local cooperation, improving the efficiency of scientific research - the case of the University of Economics".
