THE OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

1.    Objectives of internship program

After the internship students must complete the following two types of objectives:

a. Knowledge goals:

·        Observing and learning the process, operation, practical implementation of the unit.

·        Observing and learning the experiences, knowledge management from the management at the unit.

·        Understanding the characteristics and competitiveness of the internship.

·        Application, consolidating the knowledge learned in the school through working at the enterprise.

·        Understanding information about professional activities, familiarizing with the standards of professional ethics.

 b. Target skills:

·        Developing self-awareness skills, evaluating opportunities, identifying personal career goals, and developing concrete plans to achieve those goals.

·        Developing skills: teamwork, communication, time management, human evaluation, negotiation and work in high pressure environments.

·        Complete the ability to actively think and adapt flexibly to the professional working environment, capable of managing information to support decision-making.

·        Forging professionalism in the workplace includes honesty / integrity, responsibility / trust, respect for others.

·        Developing the ability to work independently and work with others, inside and outside the organization, applying the knowledge and skills. 

2. Commitment to faculty (observation):

Jobs for the learning and understanding of the management skills and experience of people in charge of management at the unit.

Students must have the approval of the internship unit and faculty to perform these tasks. Students are expected to spend no more than 30% of their time at the internship to complete.
