1. Training objectives
1.1. Overall objectives
Training in Bachelors of Human Resource Management who master general knowledge about human resource management, understand people and organizations, be able to detect problems of human resources in the organization and potentially design and implement human resource management functions is to ensure, maintain and develop human resources independently and effectively, contributing to the implementation of the strategy and creating competitive advantage through the source human resources for the organization; have professional ethics; have skills in information, foreign languages and business communication to adapt to the rapid change of the business environment and the ability necessary for lifelong learning goals.

Knowledge of the environment, market and customers: Understanding and analyzing business environment factors, especially dynamic business environment factors in the context of international economic integration. Analyze market factors, consumer needs and understand customer-oriented philosophy in business.
Knowledge of organization, organization functions and information management: Understanding the organization, organizational structure and key functions in a business organization; Ability to collect, analyze, process and manage information systems that support decision making in organizations
Knowledge of accounting and financial system: Understand accounting principles, financial accounting mechanisms in enterprises; Understanding the market, institutions, financial instruments and central banks.
Knowledge of people and the role of human resource management in organizations
Knowledge of the function of ensuring human resources: Assessing the needs, supplies of human resources and building a human resource program to meet the strategies to ensure the needs of human resources and the availability of high quality human resources for organization; Develop a job description, a standardized version of the job; Work design is consistent with actual characteristics of people and organizations; Provide the most appropriate people for the organization's work
Knowledge of human resource retention functions: Designing and implementing effective achievement management to help individuals constantly improve their achievements and enforce the organization's strategies; Designing reasonable and fair remuneration system; applying and implementing effective and motivational remuneration management; Creating positive labor relations in the organization; Creating a quality and motivational working environment; creating cohesion, loyalty to the organization.
Knowledge of human resource development functions: Designing and implementing training activities in organizations; creating learning organizations and promoting learning in organizations; designing and implementing knowledge management, talent management, personal development, career management
Knowledge of methods of detecting problems of human resource management..

Fluency in information technology tools, popular and specialized software to serve career development. Meet the standards of advanced IT use skills according to the regulations of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
Can communicate and solve work in international environment with English level of IELTS 4.5 (or equivalent) and above..

Organizational skills and deployment of human resource management activities:
- Creative thinking: Know the techniques to identify problems and outline different options by using a variety of techniques; have a habit of thinking many aspects of the problem in different contexts; ability to draft, propose two or more options to solve problems in most cases in practice.
- Critical thinking: Identify evidence through observation; identify correlations of the elements of the problem; assess standards for rational decisions; use techniques and methods to form correct views; establish methodological approach to understand new issues.
- Organizational skills: Planning workforce management in a systematic way and consistent with the planning cycle of the organization. Establish specific work goals for employees that match the organization's common goals.
- Stress management skills: Knowing and acknowledging self-characteristics; know how to manage stress, manage time
Human comprehension skills: Quickly accessing and understanding essential personal characteristics such as personal values and perspectives, characterizing the cultural values of interactions; being sensitive and accepting differences in individuals and multicultural factors.

Compliance with legal regulations and appropriate behavior: Demonstrating behaviors and decisions in accordance with the requirements of the law and the general standards of society
Participate in community activities and implement social responsibilities. Specifically, students must achieve at least 50 extracurricular activities as prescribed by the University of Economics.
Respect for individuals: Understand and accept differences between individuals; be sociable with colleagues; respect for superiors, subordinates, colleagues, partners, customers
Responsibility: Have the spirit to perform job responsibilities, high commitment in work, always be conscious of completing the tasks according to the task, always be conscious of improving the efficiency and quality of work

Students immediately after graduation can undertake the work of Human Resource Management, recruitment, training, achievement assessment, salary, social insurance in companies, social and state organizations; career counselors in employment service organizations, labor management, career counseling; researchers of human resource research institutions;
After 3-5 years, graduators can advance to the position of remuneration manager, training manager, head of the organization, and the head of human resources;
After 7-10 years, graduators can take the position of human resources director.
2. Training time: The program design is 4 years in length, depending on the ability and study conditions, students can shorten to 3 years or extend the study period to 6 years.
