Teambuilding programs organized by the Human Resource Management field and the university provide opportunities for students to enhance their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

The football tournament organized by the HRM Club is both a playground and a chance for students in the HRM field to meet and interact.

Workshops organized as extracurricular activities cover topics related to the curriculum, inviting experienced professionals from relevant fields as guest speakers. During these workshops, students can engage in discussions with the guest speakers, helping expand their networks and allowing them to compare and apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned to real business scenarios.

Soft skills need to be solid, while hard skills need to be flexible. Following this principle, the Human Resource Management division places great emphasis on training students not only in knowledge but also in skills through extracurricular activities, from academic subjects to programs for students, from academics to general activities.

The Human Resource Management division warmly welcomes new students to join the field to learn, play, and develop comprehensively. We aim to support students in setting career goals, planning their development, and accompanying them in pursuing their dreams.
