Recently, the evaluation council of the University-level doctoral thesis of graduate students majoring in Business Administration K30, K31 took place successfully. Fellows in this defense include:

● Postgraduate Nguyen Hoang Ngan, specializing in Business Administration 31K with the topic: The Influence of Brand Assets on Customer Responses: A Case Study of the VinaSoy Brand in the Vietnamese Soy Milk Market, supervised by Prof. Dr. Truong Ba Thanh and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Trung Vinh.

● Postgraduate Tran Thi Truong, specializing in Business Administration30K with the topic: Human Resource Development in Tourism Enterprises in Quang Ngai Province, supervised by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Truong Son and Dr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan.

In this defense session, despite the complexity of the pandemic, the Postgraduates made great efforts to complete their research projects, contributing valuable insights to enrich the theoretical foundation and practical significance. The evaluation board provided thorough assessments of the dissertations, offering objective feedback on both strengths and limitations of the topics, while also providing research directions for the Postgraduates to further improve their projects.

The topic of Postgraduate Nguyen Hoang Ngan's research focused on the influence of brand assets on customer responses - one of the most valuable assets of a business and plays a crucial role in determining its success.

Chairman of the Evaluation Board, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Huu Hoa, commented on the dissertation of Postgraduate Tran Thi Truong.

The topic of Postgraduate Tran Thi Truong's research was on Human Resource Development for the tourism industry in Quang Ngai Province. The dissertation presented timely and practical solutions, contributing to the development of human resources and tourism in Quang Ngai Province.

The online format of the evaluation board was established to facilitate the convenience of the Postgraduates and ensure the progress of the program. Despite encountering many difficulties, the Postgraduates successfully completed their defenses with the support of their guiding faculty members. Sharing some post-defense impressions, Postgraduate Nguyen Hoang Ngan expressed gratitude to the teachers who provided significant assistance throughout the research process, from the supervising professors to the department head. Despite the special circumstances of defending online due to health reasons, she successfully defended her dissertation, receiving recognition and positive evaluation from the evaluation board. Furthermore, she felt that pursuing the Doctor of Business Administration program at the University of Economics - The University of Da Nang had significantly contributed to her personal development, expanding her knowledge and skills in writing papers, publishing articles, and acquiring in-depth knowledge that she had not fully accessed during her master's studies.
