Thông báo học bổng trao đổi bậc thạc sĩ tại Đại học Calabria, Ý

Chương trình trao đổi bậc thạc sĩ (ngắn hạn) tại Trường Đại học Calabria (University of Calabria – UNICAL), Khoa Kinh tế, Thống kê và Tài chính (DESF) trong khuôn khổ Dự án Erasmus+ KA171 (mã số 2024-1-IT02-KA171-HED-000232521), cụ thể như sau:

1. Chỉ tiêu và thời gian trao đổi\

- Số lượng: 01 suất học viên cao học;

- Thời gian trao đổi: 05 tháng (dự kiến từ tháng 02 – tháng 7/2027).

2. Hỗ trợ tài chính (do Chương trình Erasmus+ cấp)

- Hỗ trợ sinh hoạt phí: 900 Euro/tháng (x 5 tháng).

- Hỗ trợ vé máy bay quốc tế: 1.735 Euro/người.

3. Đối tượng
Các học viên đang theo học trình độ thạc sĩ các chuyên ngành tại Trường Đại học Kinh tế - Đại học Đà Nẵng.

4. Quyền lợi:
- Được cử tham gia chương trình trao đổi ngắn hạn tại Trường Đại học đối tác;
- Được miễn nộp học phí tại trường Đại học đối tác và nhận học bổng hỗ trợ tài chính;
- Thời gian và kết quả học tập tại trường Đại học đối tác được công nhận vào chương trình học tập của học viên tại Trường Đại học Kinh tế - ĐHĐN.
5. Nghĩa vụ:
- Chịu các khoản chi phí phát sinh (nếu có);
- Hoàn thành đóng học phí chính quy tại Trường Đại học Kinh tế và các lệ phí theo quy định của Nhà trường đối với học viên tham gia chương trình trao đổi này;
- Kết thúc thời gian trao đổi, học viên phải trở về nước và thực hiện báo cáo với Nhà trường thông qua Phòng KH&HTQT.
6. Tiêu chí tuyển chọn
- Thành tích học tập và năng lực nghiên cứu;
- Trình độ tiếng Anh tối thiểu B1 hoặc tương đương;
- Ứng viên trúng tuyển phải đang theo học tại Trường trong toàn bộ thời gian trao đổi.
7. Hồ sơ ứng tuyển
Hồ sơ ứng tuyển bao gồm:
- Đơn đăng ký tham gia Chương trình trao đổi quốc tế (DUE-INTER-OUTMOBILITY01);
- Đề nghị công nhận tương đương môn học (DUE-INTER-OUTMOBILITY02);
- Đơn xin đi học tập tại nước ngoài (DUE-INTER-OUTMOBILITY03-02);

- Bảng điểm học tập bằng tiếng Anh;
- Bản sao có chứng thực chứng chỉ tiếng Anh quốc tế;
- Bản sao hộ chiếu.
8. Quy trình tuyển chọn:
- Vòng 1: Hội đồng tuyển chọn của Trường Đại học Kinh tế tiến hành sơ tuyển.
- Vòng 2: Hội đồng tuyển chọn của Đại học Calabria sẽ xét chọn và ra quyết định cuối cùng.
9. Thời hạn và cách thức nộp hồ sơ:
- Thời gian nhận hồ sơ xét tuyển Học bổng: đến 12h00 ngày 30 tháng 10 năm 2026 (Thứ Sáu).
- Cách thức nộp hồ sơ: Hồ sơ của ứng viên đựng trong túi hồ sơ riêng có kích thước 25 cm x 43 cm, mặt ngoài túi hồ sơ ghi đầy đủ các thông tin (Xét tuyển học bổng trao đổi học viên cao học (ngắn hạn) tại Đại học Calabria, Ý , Họ và tên, Ngày sinh, Lớp, Điện thoại, Email, Danh mục các loại giấy tờ có) và nộp trực tiếp vào giờ hành chính các ngày làm việc tại Phòng KH & HTQT (gặp Cô Hồ Diễm Thuần, địa chỉ email: interrelations@due.edu.vn, điện thoại: 0236-395-8635).

Call for Applications: Master’s Student Exchange Scholarships at the University of Calabria, Italy

The University of Economics – The University of Danang announces a short-term master’s student exchange programme at the Department of Economics, Statistics and Finance (DESF), University of Calabria (UNICAL), Italy, under the Erasmus+ KA171 Project (Project No. 2024-1-IT02-KA171-HED-000232521). Details are as follows:

1. Number of Scholarships and Exchange Duration

• Number of scholarships: 02 places for master’s students.

• Exchange duration: 05 months (tentatively from February to July 2027).

2. Financial Support (Funded by Erasmus+)

• Living allowance: EUR 900 per month for 5 months.

• International airfare support: EUR 1,735 per participant.

3. Eligible Applicants

Students currently enrolled in master’s degree programmes at the University of Economics – The University of Danang.

4. Benefits

• Participation in a short-term exchange programme at the partner university.

• Tuition fee exemption at the partner university and financial support through the scholarship.

• Recognition of the study period and academic results achieved at the partner university towards the student’s degree programme at the University of Economics – The University of Danang.

5. Obligations

• Cover any additional expenses incurred, if applicable.

• Pay regular tuition fees at the University of Economics and any other fees required by the University for participation in this exchange programme.

• Return to Vietnam upon completion of the exchange and submit a report to the University through the Department of Research and International Cooperation.

6. Selection Criteria

• Academic achievement and research capability.

• English proficiency at a minimum level of B1 or equivalent.

• Successful applicants must remain enrolled at the University throughout the exchange period.

7. Application Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• Application Form for the International Exchange Programme (DUE-INTER-OUTMOBILITY01).

• Request for Course Equivalency Recognition (DUE-INTER-OUTMOBILITY02).

• Application for Permission to Study Abroad (DUE-INTER-OUTMOBILITY03-02).

• Academic transcript in English.

• Certified copy of an internationally recognised English language proficiency certificate.

• Copy of passport.

8. Selection Process

• Round 1: Preliminary screening by the Selection Committee of the University of Economics – The University of Danang.

• Round 2: Final selection and decision by the Selection Committee of the University of Calabria.

9. Application Deadline and Submission Procedure

• Application deadline: 12:00 noon on Friday, 17 April 2026.

• Submission procedure: Applicants must place their application documents in a separate envelope measuring 25 cm × 43 cm. The following information must be clearly indicated on the envelope:

  • “Application for a Short-Term Master’s Student Exchange Scholarship at the University of Calabria, Italy”.

  • Full name.

  • Date of birth.

  • Class.

  • Telephone number.

  • Email address.

  • List of enclosed documents.
