Bao Vi shares her thoughts:
“I came to the Human Resource Management major as a predestined thing, I only knew that I would work with personnel inside and outside the company, as a bridge between the employers and employees, my relatives advised me to study this major and I also saw the suitability in personality, so I applied for the major. After years of studying here, I feel that this choice is absolutely right.
The lecturers are all highly knowledgeable and professional people who are always ready to support and help students answer questions as well as create opportunities for students to experience first-hand through activities such as exercises on organizing interviews by the students in the class as recruiters posting, interviewing, and the rest of the students will be the ones looking for jobs, writing CVs by themselves, and applying for the desired positions in the Workshop, as well as applying for the desired positions in the workshop, and then apply for the desired positions in the business. schools/ a/cs who are taking on human resources positions at companies about talking and exchanging with students. In addition to professional and academic problems, psychological problems, other difficulties of students, specialized teachers are always interested and enthusiastically supported.
My friends in the major are very friendly, enthusiastic and fortunately I have a quality group of friends to both run the deadline for group assignments and hang out together, experience the youth in the University.
The curriculum is very close to reality. The knowledge and experience gained in the industry environment is very useful and can be applied in daily life such as writing a CV to apply for a job or holding an interview, what is the recruitment process from the beginning, we are all given practical experience by the teachers through exercises and workshops.”
