STRUCTURE AND OPERATION OF CLUB

Operation Structure:

  • Leader of club: Pham Nguyen Thu Nguyen - 38K12
  • The club is divided into 5 boards:

- Board of Content

- Board of Technique

- Board of Finance - Foreign

- Board of Communication

- Board of Logistics

Overview of tasks of boards:

BOARD OF COMMUNICATION:

- Introduce the form and content of activities inside and outside the club.

- Undertake the contact information inside and outside the club

- Manage the Fanpage of club

BOARD OF CONTENT:

- Develop a program framework and detailed content inside and outside the club.

- Store documents and experience of the club.

- Organize academic exchanged program of club members.

BOARD OF TECHNIQUE:

- Make videos, clips, media publications for club and some activities organized by club.

- Prepare some training session about design skill, etc

BOARD OF FINANCE - FOREIGN:

- Revenue and expenditure management

- Take sponsor for club activities (if any)

- Store data on price, spending and provide to the Board of Content

- Apply for permission, procedures. Work with stakeholders outside the club.

BOARD OF LOGISTICS:

- Manage member information.

- Organize birthday parties for members once a month.

- Monitor emulation and commendation.

 

Mode of operation

    • Personnel

     Including:

    - Member: Anyone who loves Marketing can register as a member of the club, especially a Marketing major.

    Members can join all club activities.

    When the board has notification of recruitment for activities, programs, members can register to participate.


    - Member of Board: Those who are after the process of being a club member will be considered to choose the Board according to their wishes. At the beginning of each term, there will be a "member test" period so that members can choose the board they want and become Board Member.

    Member of board is a member of 1 of 5 boards.

    Member of board can participate in organizing the program inside and outside the club

     

    • Operation:

    - Organize a Tutorial every two weeks (guide 1 skill / topic) or Talkshow following the theme for member of club.

    - Members of Board will meet weekly to prepare for Tutorials / Talkshow

    - Organize contests for passionate Marketing people.

    - Organize seminars guided by instructive teachers.

    - Participate in activities launched by the Faculty, Union of University, Students' Union
