The University of Danang - University of Economics (DUE, Vietnam), Institute of Global Finance at the University of New South Wales (Australia), and Aston University (UK), are organizing the 7th International Conference on Accounting and Finance (ICOAF-2022), to be held on June 10th, 2022 in Danang City, Vietnam.
As a result of DUE’s close collaboration with international partners, the ICOAF-2022 brings together the world-leading experts in accounting, finance, and related fields, serving as a unique point of convergence in South East Asia for researchers, practitioners and policymakers to meet, share, and exchange their ideas.
The Organizing Committee would like to invite you to be a part of the ICOAF-2022 and submit your research papers for presentation consideration. The conference welcomes submissions in all areas of finance, banking, and accounting, of both theoretical and empirical natures (English only).
KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Professor Talis Putnins, Professor of Finance, Chief Scientist of the Digital Finance Co-operative Research Centre at the University of Technology Sydney.
Professor Putnins’ research interests include several aspects of financial markets - their design and market microstructure, decentralised finance and blockchains, and forensic finance including market manipulation, insider trading, and criminal financing. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals including the Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and Review of Finance. Professor Putnins regularly serves as a policy advisor and consultant to governments, stock exchanges, financial institutions, and DeFi projects.

Associate Professor Peter Kien Pham, Professor of Finance at the University of New South Wales.
Professor Pham is an Associate Professor in the School of Banking and Finance at UNSW, and previously held an academic position at the University of Sydney. His research interests are in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance and capital raisings, with particular focus on business groups, multinational firms and entrepreneurial firms. He has published in leading journals such as Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Management Science, and Journal of Banking and Finance. He currently serves in the role of President of the Vietnam Finance Association International.

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY
In consultation with the Editors-in-Chief and Prof. Duc Khuong Nguyen, authors of high-quality research papers will be invited to submit their manuscripts to a regular issue of International Journal of Emerging Markets (SSCI/Q2), Journal of Economic Asymmetries (SCOPUS/Q2), UD-Journal of Science and Technology (ACI), and Journal of Economic Studies (The University of Danang - University of Economics) with fast track review. Also, all accepted papers for ICOAF-2022 will be published in the conference proceedings with an associated ISBN.

All submissions must be in Word format, and be sent electronically via the conference website by no later than March 31st, 2022. The conference scientific program will be available by June 01st, 2022.
BEST PAPER AWARDS
All papers will be considered for the Best Paper Award in Finance, and in Accounting.
