On the afternoon of January 25th, the University of Economics - Da Nang University (UE-DUE) and Lien Viet Post Commercial Joint Stock Bank (LPBank) held a signing ceremony to establish a cooperation agreement aimed at leveraging the strengths of both parties, enhancing collaboration in education, scientific research, and student support activities, serving the development of human resources in the banking sector.

The cooperation between the University of Economics - Da Nang University and LPBank includes:

-         Education: Building training programs and organizing suitable training courses according to LPBank and UD-DUE's requirements. UD-DUE advises and supports LPBank in developing human resource training plans, especially short-term training activities for staff throughout the LPBank system. LPBank supports staff to be guest lecturers or speakers in UD-DUE's training programs to provide practical information and enhance LPBank staff's training capabilities. Coordinating training cooperation programs domestically and internationally proposed by LPBank and suitable to UD-DUE's needs.

-         Scientific research: Collaborating on research, implementing scientific and technological topics in research directions or application-oriented, programs, and projects with high application potential based on proposals and needs of both parties. Collaborating on researching and publishing analysis reports on macroeconomics, banking industry, business sectors, and specific economic areas in each period as proposed and suitable to the needs of both parties. Coordinating to organize activities related to economic forums/conferences, scientific seminars/dialogues proposed and suitable to the needs of both parties.

-         Support for education activities, scholarships, entrepreneurship, and innovation: LPBank supports UD-DUE with legitimate investment cost sponsorship, procurement of equipment, smart classrooms, studio rooms for online teaching, LED screens, computers, etc., and/or career-oriented events, etc. LPBank considers providing talent scholarships to UD-DUE students.

-         Internship and recruitment programs: Paid internship and vocational training programs. Recruitment for newly graduated students who are scholarship recipients, have completed internships well, received vocational training with wages, and communication activities, social responsibilities.
