Job description

  • Ensure smooth workflow of Documentation process.
  • Application for COD, process switch B/L.
  • Process D/O, Invoice.
  • Handle demurrage and detention charges
  • Ensure that all related charges are correctly manifested and invoiced.
  • Ensure all invoiced amount collected before releasing of D/Os or B/Ls.
  • Attend to customer enquiries
  • You may be placed in various sections including: Import, Export, Tri party, Claims & Survey
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Meticulous, willing to learn and able to work independently.
  • Diligent and expected to work OT.
  • Strong communication.
  • Able to commence work immediately preferred
