Assoc. Prof. Liem Viet Ngo will be the Keynote speaker at MICA conference 2018

Connecting Age 2018 Conference (MICA 2018) is a leading forum for exchanging and transferring scientific knowledge about business and marketing with the participation of 130 guests and scholars in Vietnam and from other countries. This year, the conference honored welcomes the attendance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Liem Viet Ngo from New South Wales University (Australia). He is leading expert on marketing, Chairman of Research Committee of Faculty of Marketing (New South Wales University) and Editor-in-chief of Australasian Marketing Journal. With years of experiences and thorough knowledge about the field of Marketing, the main speaker Liem Viet Ngo is expected to bring about an attractive session for MICA 2018.

Since he engaged in the academic field in 2007, Assoc. Prof. Liem Viet Ngo has published 93 works including 39 scientific articles in reputed journals, 54 papers at conferences and 2 case study books. His publications have appeared on reputed journals such as: Journal of Product Innovation Management, British Journal of Management, Industrial Marketing Management, European Journal of Marketing, Long Range Planning, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Retailing & Consumer Services, Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Brand Management, Australasian Marketing Journal, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing and so on. Currently, his researches focus on a topic such as a customer management, innovations in business models, and entrepreneurship in emerging economies.


Assoc. Prof. Liem Viet Ngo is now a member of the board of editors of journals: Industrial Marketing Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing & Logistics, and Journal of Asian Business and Economic Studies. At New South Wales University, he is lecturers of graduate and post-graduate courses like branding management, digital marketing, and commercials. He is also a member of Advisor Committee of Relationship Marketing for Impact at Griffith University.

His scientific contributions have received recognition with many awards: Award for excellent Ph.D. Thesis from Emerald/ EFMD 2008, Non-professional scientific achievement Award 2011 from School of Business UNSW, an Excellent research paper with the topic Service Marketing and Marketing Strategy at ANZMAC 2015; nomination for excellent papers at AMA Global Marketing SIG 2017.
