21/02/2017

On the 18th and 19th of February, at the E-hall of the University of Economics, the University of Da Nang, a training program was held to help faculty members master the modern teaching method (i.e. positive education) and how to apply it into teaching. The training included the participation of Dorothy Lutz, the representative of the USAID COMET project and a large number of lecturers from the school faculties.A number of activities were organized during the 2 days of training, in which lecturers were given the opportunity to play the role of students and attend classes in two methods: traditional and modern ones. On participating the two classes, the lecturers will draw the differences in the transmission of knowledge and emotions so that each can develop the most appropriate teaching method after the training. Toolkits were also used in these classes to make it easy for them to figure out how to apply toolkits in practice. After each activity, the lecturers discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each teaching method, sharing the views of each other.

After 2 days of training, the trainees will be the pioneers of bringing the positive education into teaching, helping learners have the best learning environment to develop. their skills and knowledge
