The ceremony to announce the decision on the cadre work was solemnly held by the University of Economics at Hall E on the morning of April 4, 2022. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu - Member of the City committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, President of the University of Danang attended and delivered a keynote speech. The ceremony also had the presence of Dr. Phan Minh Duc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Council of the University of Danang, representatives of leaders of mass organizations of the University of Danang, and leaders of member universities. On the side of the University of Economics, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Manh Toan – Rector of the University, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Dinh Khoi Nguyen - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council, representatives of the Board of Directors, representatives of the leaders of the Faculty, Departments, Centers, and many cadres and civil servants of the University of Economics.
At the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Dinh Khoi Nguyen and Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Manh Toan awarded the Appointment Decision to the following officials: Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh holds the position of Vice-Rector of the University for the 2020-2025 term, Dr. Ha Phuoc Vu holds the position of Head of Planning and Finance Department, MSc. Nguyen Thuy Linh holds the position of Chief Accountant. Leaders of the University also presented bouquets of flowers to congratulate the management cadres who received the Appointment Decision.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu warmly congratulated the new Vice-Rector and the appointed managers. The leader of the University of Danang affirmed that this is both an honor and a great responsibility for managers. The University of Danang expects the leadership of the University of Economics, especially Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh will continue to uphold the sense of responsibility, successfully complete the assigned tasks, promote the achievements and good traditions of the school, and make efforts with the cadres and students of the University to successfully implement the strategic goal of turning the University of Economics into a training and research center worthy of the region, contributing to the achievements of the University in particular and the University of Danang in general.

Besides congratulating the managers who received the Appointment Decision, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Dinh Khoi Nguyen also expressed his confidence in the capacity of the young leadership generation, especially in the context that the University is implementing the university autonomy mechanism. The role and capacity of each manager will be strongly promoted in their own positions and will be the driving force for the collective of cadres - civil servants and employees to reap great results, continuing the traditional system of previous generations.

In honor and pride, the new Vice-Rector Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh, on behalf of the management cadres who received the Appointment Decision, sent her deep thanks to the leaders of the University of Danang, the Council of the University of Economics, and the University's Board of Directors and all staff members of the University of Economics entrusted the new responsibilities. In her new position, Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh is determined to continue to promote her ethical qualities and management capacity, and to advise on the right policies, bringing the University of Economics to a new height.
