PRESS RELEASE FOR THE COMPETITION STARTING INTERNAL CHALLENGE STARTUP INTERNAL 2017

"STARTUP INTERN 2017" is a joint initiative for business start-up organized by the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Economics, University of Danang & Central Petrolimex Gas Corporation for the purpose Creating the environment for business students in particular and students of Da Nang University in general exposed the real environment of pattern “Lean-Startup”. - Instead of bouncing on and implementing all the ideas, Lean forced you to test the idea from the reality before handshaking.

The competition has been implemented since January 2017. It has 4 rounds, attracting more than 50 ideas. Through 2-month internship at co-operatives and enterprises, and participate in in-depth training courses on business modeling, investor callings, presentation skills, and human resource management. as well as receiving advice from experts in the field from the Danang Nursery Company, the Finnish-Vietnam IPP Innovation and Facility, Canada's Uniterra Program and Other partners in the start-up community of Danang, BGK has selected 6 groups of ideas to enter the final round.

Finalist Startup Intern 2017 was officially opened at Hall A, University of Economics, University of Da Nang at 18:00 on November 2, 2017.

The panel of judges this year will be attended by representatives of donors, representatives of UEB, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Huu Hoa, Vice Principal of the School, Representative of the Faculty of Business Administration Prof. Dr. Le The Gioi, former Vice President of DHDN, former Head of Business Administration, Nguyen Huu Hoa, Former student of course 29, former director of Dong A bank – Hue Branch, Former director of Seabank Da Nang, Vu Xuan Truong is the head of fund for start-up Flying Fish FFI.

In the finals of the competition, there will definitely be a flurry of excitement among the groups that have passed the qualifying round: the App, which connects foreign travelers to the local people of the Local Friends, the Fast Ship App the SVF team, the 4.0 Translator's Five-win App, the Fbus group bus card payment concept, the Green Food chain food supply chain, the Undersky group book exchange site.

Prize structure

The "Startup Intern 2017" marked the development and strong growth of the Faculty of Business Administration during 25 years - the pioneering organization in the Central Highlands to teach the subject of Starting Corporation and proud to be the first organization of the University to hold a competition for students.

We believe that this new form of organization and meaning has contributed greatly to not only the candidates but also students of the Faculty of Business Administration in particular and the University of Da Nang in general.
