Thanh Nien Newspaper's 2024 Exam Counseling Program in Quang Nam: Students Explore and Choose to Prepare for Future Study Abroad Journeys

On March 3rd, nearly 4,000 students from 10 high schools in Quang Nam province gathered at Sky-line Hill International High School, Dien Ban town, to participate in the 2024 Exam Counseling Program organized by the Young People's Newspaper. The program was also livestreamed on the Young People's Newspaper's Facebook page and YouTube channel. During the program's opening session, students received official information from the Ministry of Education and Training about the high school graduation exam and university admissions; information about majors, employment opportunities, and career prospects; and clarification of some candidates' concerns about admissions and university studies.

The demand for studying abroad or in international joint programs with international elements in Vietnam is increasing. Experts from universities analyzed the advantages of studying abroad in place and joint programs; differentiated between qualifications of in-place study programs and joint programs; and shared methods for identifying quality international joint study programs, etc. Participating in advice on suitable study abroad pathways for students with intentions, Dr. Doan Thi Lien Huong - Deputy Head of the Training Department - University of Economics - Da Nang University, advised parents and students to thoroughly research international joint programs, consider compatibility with interests, passions, and study abroad conditions to choose the optimal program.
