Announcement of Decisions to supplement the standing committee of the University Party Committee and the Appointment of the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration

In accordance with the human resources work plan approved by the Party Committee, the University Council, and the University of Danang, the Party Committee of the University of Danang and the University of Economics have conducted the process of supplementing the University Party Committee and appointing leadership positions for the Faculty of Business Administration. Based on this, on the morning of August 7th, the University of Economics, University of Danang, held a conference to announce decisions related to personnel matters.

Attending the conference were Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Manh Toan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Vo Thi Thuy Anh, Vice Principal in charge of the university; members of the Executive Board; representatives of the leadership of departments, divisions, centers; and a large number of faculty and staff from the School of Business Administration.

The conference announced the Decisions: Decision on approval of the election results of the supplementary members of the 8th University Party Committee, 2020-2025 term, for Assoc. Prof. Le Van Huy; Decision on the appointment of the Dean of the School of Business Administration, Dr. Le Thi Minh Hang. The university leadership also expressed their gratitude for the contributions of Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Truong Son during his 9-year tenure as Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration.

In the congratulatory speech to the newly appointed comrades at the conference, Assoc. Dr. Le Thi Minh Hang, the new Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, expressed profound gratitude to the university leadership as well as the faculty and staff of the university in general and the Faculty of Business Administration in particular for trusting her with this new responsibility. To excel in her new role, Dr. Le Thi Minh Hang is determined to uphold the traditions of the Faculty of Business Administration, enhance management capacity, and continue to lead the Faculty of Business Administration to be at the forefront in various fields of the university.

On the same morning of August 7th, the University of Economics, University of Danang, organized a meeting to bid farewell to two civil servants who are retiring under this regime: Comrade Nguyen Hong Cu - Department of Political Theory and Comrade Huynh Ngoc Tam - Organization and Administration Division. This is a regular activity that demonstrates the university leadership's concern for the faculty and staff in their career development.
