DUE inspiration (part 4): Pham Bui Cam Tu - versatile and young head of communication department of cam media

Taking on the position of Head of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union University of Economics - CAM media is no easy task. However, for Pham Bui Cam Tu - Head of CAM Media, that responsibility is both an opportunity and an unforgettable experience in her student's life.

In order to bring messages to the Youth Union in the most vivid and professional way, the job of Tu and her colleagues is to constantly create, develop media ideas and approach students’ tastes. Besides, Tu's team has been successfully completed plans and events entrusted by the Youth Union - Student Association with many new and unique products.

Sharing about the challenges of being a leader of the Communication team, Tu said: “I myself still have many shortcomings in this field and only specialize in one area, so sometimes there are still some errors in work, the deep support for students is not really good because CAM has 4 areas and the nature of communication is constantly developing and changing. There are lots of time that the workload is also overwhelming, especially during the peak period when there are even 10 programs running together, the staff allocation of each program is not enough, we often joke around at CAM Media, “We don’t know when the time comes, We may miss everything but not the deadline”.

These challenges seem to forge Tu and other members of CAM to have a strong spirit as well as the ability to work in groups to complete the job perfectly. For Tu, each product, each project that is appreciated is the affirmation of sweat, effort and energy for all members of CAM media, contributing to make CAM media a media brand of the School Youth Union. “CAM Media is really like a home and everyone helps each other grow. Members always sympathize and work together to complete the job despite the heavy pressure, with the mindset that you must achieve good results ”, Tu said.

Growing up from the University of Economics, Pham Bui Cam Tu has accumulated a lot of knowledge and skills from research activities to practice. Especially in the Faculty of Business Administration, teachers build a lot of academic programs to help students learn through playing, which are quite comfortable and also attractive. “Besides, the school's facilities are also very good, and the right learning path has helped to improve my academic achievement a lot. For my part, in fact, I do not study very hard, but thanks to the transfer of knowledge with the appropriate route, it has helped me a lot, ”added her senior student in Business Administration.

Few people know that besides being a copywriter, Cam Tu is a very talented screenwriter with a school movie in recent years: #Lavie. In addition, she also revealed another movie is about to launch in mid-September next. Versatility and enthusiasm in many roles is the image that Cam Tu wants to aim for in the future. There is a very good saying in the “Kite Racer” that Tu loves: " There will always a way for the good to come again". "You will live to the fullest and chase to the end, failure is just the motivation for us to try to succeed, because, in the end, there is always a door to the aura. Especially, once you want something, you will do it with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm, investing in brainpower, the opportunity will come to you ", Tu said.
