    Regarding undergraduate training, the responsibilities of the Academic Affairs Department including:

    Organizing the process of registration and adjustment of course registration, coordinate with the Department of Planning and Finance and the Information Technology and Communication Center to compile data regarding registration, serving as a basis for the collection of tuition fee.    

    Coordinating with relevant departments and units to organize internship, oversee the internship report and graduation thesis; advise the Rector to establish the undergraduate thesis committees, coordinate with relevant departments to organize the undergraduate thesis evaluation.
