INTERNAL BRANDING - A KEY TO BUILD UP THE SUCCESSFUL INTERNAL BRAND


Building brand image has not been a simple process for ages. It is important to make the beautiful image of the company in the eyes of customers and stakeholders, while maintaining the prestige is also something that administrators must pay attention to. The reason is that if the business manager just always follows the problems of great stature, the revenue figures of thousands of billions dollars whereas they neglect the complaints, the suggestions of workers, which will gradually bring consequences that they themselves cannot anticipate. This is also the reason that the "Internal Branding" concept was born.

And certainly no one can deny the role of Internal Branding in the process of building and developing business, but this concept is somewhat new, especially in the Vietnamese business market. For students to better understand this field, Faculty of Marketing invited to extracurricular a special guest:


Mr. PHAN DUC ANH - Event Planing Executive of BS Group - Be Spoke Event Agency. He is also an alumnus of class of 38K - Marketing Major.

Talkshow was brief, but our guest speaker partly helped students understand the fundamental knowledge of Internal Branding, understand life of an employee in Marketing agency as well as generalize the essential skills to build the internal brand strongly. Besides, this special guest also shared such interesting story about life, his career story on the road of passion for Marketing, thereby transferring a positive energy source to the students, which makes them try the best to become talented managers in the future.
