[RECAP]: TALKSHOW “NEW PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: A PRACTICAL VIEWPOINT

On 12 April 2025, the Faculty of Marketing, University of Economics – The University of Danang, successfully hosted a thematic talkshow titled “New Product Management: A Practical Viewpoint” for students enrolled in the New Product Management course. The event was part of a series of extracurricular activities designed to connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience, enabling students to expand their understanding, enhance their skills, and explore career orientations in marketing and product development.
The talkshow featured two distinguished guest speakers:

Mr Nguyễn Ngọc Dương – CEO and Founder of UC Talent, with extensive experience in strategic human resource consulting and high-quality workforce development.

Ms Ngọc Hà Lê – Product Owner at ONE Tech Stop Vietnam, who currently leads innovative technology projects focusing on digital product development.
Throughout the session, the speakers shared profound and practical insights into the process of new product management — from market research and customer needs analysis to idea generation, product testing, and market launch. Their vivid, experience-based examples helped students relate academic concepts to real-world industry practices.
During the Q&A session, students actively engaged with the speakers, posing thoughtful questions about essential skills for product managers, career opportunities, and innovation trends in the digital transformation era.
