RECAP FIELD TRIP 50K31-E | MARKETING FIELD TRIP TO FURAMA RESORT
On November 4th, 2024, Dr. Dam Nguyen Anh Khoa led the 50K31-E class on an enriching field trip to Furama Resort. This visit provided students with an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in a professional work environment and explore Tourism and Hospitality Marketing at one of Da Nang's premier resorts.

During the visit, students learned about the resort's history and gained comprehensive insights into its operations and marketing strategies. The hotel staff's professionalism and attention to detail in customer service demonstrated clear examples of operational processes, service standards, and management practices in the tourism and hospitality industry. The field trip also included interactive sessions where students engaged with industry experts through questions and discussions.


Through this hands-on experience with marketing in a large-scale enterprise, the Marketing Department hopes that 50K31-E students gained valuable insights and created lasting memories. Our English-taught Marketing program continues to provide students with opportunities to experience real-world work environments at marketing agencies and various businesses with established marketing operations.
