Closing Ceremony of the 360th AUN-QA Programme Assessment for 04 Undergraduate Programs at the University of Economics, University of Danang

After 3 days of official evaluation activities, on the morning of November 9th, at the University of Economics - Danang University, the Closing Ceremony for the Programme Assessment for 4 undergraduate programs: Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, and Human Resource Management took place.

Participating in the closing ceremony, the AUN-QA Inspection Team including Assoc. Prof. Anan Mungwattana - Team Leader, along with AUN-QA inspectors and the Team Secretary from Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

At the closing session, AUN-QA inspectors reported preliminary evaluation results for the University's 4 undergraduate programs. They highlighted strengths and provided recommendations for areas that need improvement in program design, organization of teaching activities, examination and assessment of learners, as well as investment in resources to enhance the quality of the University's programs in the context of advancing information technology and international integration. On behalf of the Inspection Team, Assoc. Prof. Anan Mungwattana, Head of the Inspection Team, highly appreciated the professional preparation and effective coordination of the University with the Team, ensuring the success of this evaluation activity. Assoc. Prof. Anan Mungwattana also expressed gratitude for the attentiveness and hospitality of the University's officials and lecturers, leaving positive impressions of the Team with the University and the dynamic, beautiful city of Danang.

Concluding the closing session, Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh - Vice Rector, on behalf of the University, expressed sincere gratitude to the AUN evaluation team for working professionally and effectively in providing worthy assessments of the quality of the University's training programs. Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh highly appreciated the responsible recommendations of the Inspection Team and affirmed that these will be an important basis for developing action plans to continuously improve the quality of the University's training programs and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement in all aspects of the University's activities.

Up to now, the University has successfully evaluated 08 training programs according to AUN-QA standards, including Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing, International Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, Banking, and Corporate Finance. With 04 training programs continuing to be externally evaluated in this 360th AUN-QA round. The University of Economics - Danang University is one of the universities with many training programs participating in international standards evaluation in Vietnam.
