Assuming the role of Rector, I am acutely aware of the institutional legacy and the strategic roadmap delineated for the period spanning 2020 to 2025. Crafted through the collective wisdom of my predecessors and our dedicated university community, this trajectory represents a noble course that I am privileged to perpetuate and enhance.

Our vision, though ambitious, remains resolute: to position the DUE as a focal point for research and higher education in Vietnam, making substantial contributions to the well-being of the ASEAN community and the expansive tapestry of global knowledge.
