Regarding the field of scientific research, there are still many limitations such as not many new and advanced technologies have been transferred and widely applied in production; The level of application, the scale of transfer is still small, the ability to replicate is not much; The socialization and mobilization of investment resources for research, application and transfer of science and technology in the province are still limited; The coordination of all levels, branches and organizations in proposing, ordering and implementing scientific and technological research tasks; There are many shortcomings in the organization of application and transfer of research results.
