NOTICE ON PRE-REGISTRATION FOR MASTER'S COURSES IN THE UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM FOR THE FIRST SEMESTER OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023 - 2024

According to the Admission and Training Regulations for Master's Degree (issued with Decision No. 1561/QD-DHKT on November 30, 2021) of the University of Economics, students currently enrolled in the undergraduate program at the University of Economics, whose academic performance is classified as "good" or above based on their cumulative grade point average, are eligible to pre-register for some courses of the Master's program at the University. These courses will replace the corresponding courses in the current undergraduate program. The Faculty of Economics announces the registration plan for Master's courses in the undergraduate program for the first semester of the academic year 2023 - 2024 for regular students as follows:

1. Registration Plan:

Students can check the timetable for the Master's courses offered in the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024 on the university's website and proceed with online registration under the section "Registration for Master's Courses in the Undergraduate Program" on the website http://due.udn.vn.

Registration period: From 9:00 AM on July 3, 2023, to 11:00 AM on July 7, 2023.

2. Registration Requirements:

- Students must be currently enrolled in the undergraduate program at the University of Economics.

- Students must have a cumulative grade point average of "good" or above (2.0 or higher).

3. Registered Courses:

- List of Master's courses offered in the undergraduate program for Semester I/23-24: https://bit.ly/baogiangHK1.

- List of equivalent courses in the undergraduate program: https://bit.ly/danhmucHPtuongduong. 

4. Important Notes:

- Students can choose to take both Master's courses and replacement courses in the undergraduate program simultaneously or only take Master's courses. In the case of taking only Master's courses, students need to cancel the corresponding replacement courses (if any).

- Registration for courses is carried out according to the current regulations on course registration and the current regulations on undergraduate education.

- Withdrawal from Master's courses is carried out according to the current regulations on course withdrawal of the University of Economics and the current regulations on undergraduate education.

- Master's courses will be taught according to the regular timetable, and the tuition fees will be charged at the undergraduate rate.

- Students can use the academic results of the Master's courses to apply for exemptions, recognition, and credit transfer for the corresponding replacement courses in the undergraduate program and the Master's program at the University of Economics.

- Assessment and examination of Master's courses will be conducted according to the current regulations for the Master's program at the University of Economics.

- Students have the flexibility to switch between Master's courses and equivalent courses in the undergraduate program within the first four weeks of the semester, if needed.

- Priority will be given to arranging students in suitable classes within the undergraduate program according to their needs if the registered Master's courses are canceled.

- The student's transcript will clearly indicate the Master's courses taken in the program.
