·       The third prize: Topic “The impacts of integration quality and perceived fluency on customer experience, brand engagement, and loyalty. The case of omnichannel banking in Vietnam.” by student group: Phan Tran Bao Tram, Supervisors: Dr. Tran Xuan Quynh.
