On the afternoon of November 17th, the Department of Human Resource Management - The Faculty of Business Administration successfully organized the workshop "Career" In The Digital Era, with the participation of over 400 students from various majors of the University of Economics - The University of Danang.

Throughout the program, the guest speaker, Mr. Le Quang Quy Bao - Head of Human Resources & Administration at Pixelz company's branch in Danang, accompanied by specialized lecturers in Human Resource Management, provided a lot of essential information to serve the career development of the students who are in the phase of self-orientation.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has had significant impacts and brought about a transformation for society as a whole. New orders are being formed, and the power of technology is encompassing the entire market, creating both opportunities and challenges for businesses. Therefore, the guest speaker of the program shared specific insights on how to effectively establish directions and develop an adaptable mindset to cope with these changes.

The workshop also included an activity on CV (Curriculum Vitae) - an area of great interest for the attending students. Through the program, the guest speaker provided detailed feedback and valuable advice from an employer's perspective. Direct CV editing was a highlight of the workshop, allowing students to learn from experience and avoid similar mistakes.
