What You’ll Do:

Perform daily bank reconciliations and liaise with departments to resolve queries.

Reconcile client’s assets - from Managed Funds to ASX-listed and International securities.

Keep procedures up to date and drive continuous process improvement.

Contribute to exciting cross-functional projects and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in Fund Operations or related roles.

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

A proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with the funds management or superannuation industry is a plus.

A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
