GRADUATION INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS (ROUND 1 - School year 2015-2016)

1. Prepare internship, choose the location and topic

Students should have ideas soon and decide their topics. The selection of an internship site affects the ability to choose the topic and the quality of the Internship Report or Graduation Thesis. Therefore, depending on the desired topic, please consider choosing suitable internship locations. Students should consult with the lecturers, inside or outside the Faculty, who have the experience to orient the selection of internship places and topics that are suitable for their majors.

Students can apply for internships at any organization or business that is suitable for their major. Students can also apply for internships at specialized management agencies, research organizations ...

With the topic of general research orientation, not completely related to a specific unit, students do not need to register for an internship location. This case may be considered as an internship at the University under the supervision and guidance of the Department and the Faculty of Commerce. When students have a need to learn or collect data at a certain practical place, the Faculty will issue a Letter of Introduction for students.
2. Graduation topic and presentation of internship report, graduation thesis

Students choose topics that focus on a subject in the area of specialization. General topics, too broad or topics outside the objectives, specialized training programs will not be accepted.

Regarding the form, the Internship Report and Graduation Thesis must be presented in accordance with the regulations of the Faculty of Commerce. Students refer to these regulations on the faculty website, Text section - Documents

4. Guiding Lecturers

Students can find a lecturer to guide them to write an internship report or graduation thesis and recommend to the Department. On the registration form for students' graduation thesis, the signature of this lecturer must be confirmed. However, this is only reference information when the Department decides to assign teachers to guide students.

Students must communicate regularly with lecturers to complete tasks according to the Internship Plan on time. Depending on actual conditions, students and guiding lecturers can agree on specific work schedules.

5. Change the topic

Changing the topic of graduation is a fundamental change to the subject and research content.

Any change of the student's graduation thesis must be approved by the lecturer and the student must notify the specialized subject by appropriate means. The change of graduation thesis is likely to negatively affect the assessment results of the Department on students' graduation internship.

Particularly for students who do graduation thesis, it is necessary to have more approval of the specialized department about the change of research topic.

6. Strictly abide by the regulations on time for each job in the plan
