INTRODUCTION AND APPLICATION OF THE SALESFORCECRM SYSTEM IN TRAINING AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
On September 16th and 17th, the University of Economics - University of Da Nang, in collaboration with DataHouse Asia company, organized the Workshop "Empowering Education: Integrating Salesforce into University Training". The workshop was attended by Associate Professor. Dr. Vo Thi Thuy Anh - Vice Rector in charge of the University of Economics, Dr. Vo Quang Tri - Head of the Electronic Commerce Department - University of Economics, and Mr. Vu Minh Hung - Director of the Development Center of DataHouse Asia's Binh Duong Branch - Speaker of the workshop program.
In her opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Thi Thuy Anh praised the collaborative efforts between the University of Economics and DataHouse Asia in organizing workshops for the university's lecturers. The University of Economics trusts that the SalesForce training program provided by DataHouse Asia will offer valuable insights and essential skills regarding the systems and applications of SalesForce in organizations and businesses.
The SalesForceCRM system, developed by SalesForce company since 1999, is now one of the world's leading platform technologies applied in enterprises for sales management, CRM, customer support services, and cloud computing, among others. With extensive experience in the high-tech field, especially in the SalesForce ecosystem, Mr. Vu Minh Hung presented and exchanged information with the lecturers of the University of Economics about the features of SalesForceCRM, its characteristics that make it suitable for the operation of all departments within organizations and enterprises. He also shared effective methods for applying, integrating, deploying, and utilizing SalesForce CRM in the university education environment. Unlike conventional CRM applications, SalesForce CRM has optimized features to help educational institutions manage CRM activities on a single system. Additionally, Mr. Vu Minh Hung introduced DataHouse Asia company, along with the products developed and distributed by the company.
After two days of participation, the lecturers who attended the workshop were awarded certificates from DataHouse Asia. This is one of the important activities in the direction of digitizing education, research, and data storage at the University of Economics - University of Da Nang.
