  • WELCOME ACTIVITIES FOR NEW STUDENTS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT MAJOR, BATCH 49K17

In the vibrant atmosphere of the 2023-2024 academic year, during the months of September and October, as the university campus came to life with excitement, the new bachelor's degree candidates of the Human Resource Management major, Batch 49K17, were welcomed by the Faculty of Business Administration and the Department of Human Resource Management, alongside senior students, with the support of the HRM Club. They organized numerous meaningful welcoming programs and activities aimed at leaving a lasting impression, creating beautiful memories, and instilling a sense of pride in the department. This welcoming experience also serves to motivate students on their academic and professional development journey to become future HR managers.

In addition to the general university-wide exchange programs and orientation activities, the Department of Human Resource Management, in collaboration with the HRM Club, organized a series of engaging activities to help the students gain a deeper understanding of their field of study and foster close connections with their fellow students and faculty members.

The welcoming activities for the 49K17 HRM students, organized with the support of the HRM Club, have been a shining example of the department's commitment to the new students. Among the highlights were two orientation sessions designed specifically for the 49K17 students.

The first orientation session took place on October 5, 2023, with a focus on conveying information about the curriculum, learning outcomes, teaching methods, effective study techniques, and student evaluation processes. During this meeting, new students had the opportunity to engage in direct conversations with faculty members and senior students to address any questions or challenges they may have been facing.

On October 14, 2023, the second orientation session featured a large turnout from students and offered highly engaging content. It provided insights into global thinking and career development experiences abroad. What made this orientation special was the presence of two distinguished speakers who had achieved significant accomplishments and had worked abroad for several years. Moreover, both of them were alumni of the Human Resource Management major.
