SUMMARY OF THE JOURNEY 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT WITH 47K17

With the desire to enhance community awareness and experience local entrepreneurial models, recently the students of 47K17 had a meaningful journey in Chenh Venh village, Huong Phung commune, Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province.
Through this trip, the students of 47K17 gained extremely beneficial knowledge, such as:
- Promoting sustainable partnership between forest owners, family groups, and businesses in implementing sustainable forest management to cope with climate change, facilitated by the Medical Committee Netherlands-Vietnam.
- Supplementing, reinforcing, and providing students with experiences in the supply chain, non-timber forest products, social enterprises, and new trends in combining economic activities with environmental protection.
- Helping students understand community service and sustainable social development orientation to work in future businesses.
Not only did the students gain valuable knowledge, but they also participated in planting 300 trees in landslide-prone areas of the village with the aim of preserving the land and protecting the Chenh Venh area during the rainy season. It is hoped that after 10 or 20 years, when we return, we will see a piece of land covered in green, which 47K17 has nurtured with hope.

Thank you for the kindness that 47K17 has learned and shared. One day, 47K17 will have another journey back to this place and witness the warm smiles of everyone.
