On December 3rd, the seminar "Compensation in Businesses" organized by The Human Resource Management division was successfully held.

With the aim of providing practical insights and enhancing skills in dealing with remuneration issues, the 45K17 class organized the seminar "Compensation in Businesses" as part of their extracurricular activities for the Compensation subject.

The seminar had engaging and practical content, creating a lively and interesting atmosphere. The event attracted a large number of students from the 45K17 class and other students interested in the "Compensation" field.

Throughout the program, specialized lecturers in Human Resource Management and two special guest speakers accompanied the participants: 

• Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh Dung - HR Manager at Seldemer Hotel & Suites.

• Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong - HR Manager at Celebrity Fashion Vina.

The sharing of insights and experiences from the two guest speakers and the specialized lecturers provided valuable knowledge for effectively calculating salaries in practice.

The Human Resource Management division would like to sincerely thank the professors and guest speakers for their valuable time and participation in the workshop. They also appreciate the feedback and positive contributions from the students during the seminar. It is hoped that after the program, the students will be able to reinforce their knowledge and equip themselves with salary calculation skills for their future workplaces.
