Experience sharing session and implementation of plans for the HRM program

Faculty of Business Administration with its bachelor's degree program in Business Administration is proud to receive a rating of 5.0 according to the accreditation standards of the Southeast Asian University Network (AUN - QA) in 2019. In order to continue and promote the successes based on the available experience, on June 6, the Dean of the Faculty - Prof. Dr. Nguyen Truong Son had a meeting to share his experiences and implement the AUN - QA quality inspection plan for the Human Resource Management program.
The sharing session consisted of 5 main contents, including:

Organizing the implementation of building a quality assurance system according to AUN - QA

Sharing experiences and guidance Writing a self-assessment SAR

Preparing for the assessment - welcoming and organize groups to participate in interviews

Discuss the plan to prepare for accreditation for the Human Resources Management program
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Truong Son recounted the story of building a quality assurance system according to AUN - QA of the Faculty of Business Administration.
Joining the workshop, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration – Dr. Le Thi Minh Hang also discussed and commented about the Faculty's plan for the Human Resource Management major to prepare for the upcoming accreditation, which is expected to take place in April-October 2023.
Thanks to the sharing and contributions from the previous successes of the teachers at the Faculty of Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management has gained more experience in planning implementation, is always united and determined to complete the task of building and ensuring the program's training system is of high quality according to AUN - QA.
