COVID 19 AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: IMPACT AND ACCEPTABLE

Last afternoon, April 21, the workshop “COVID 19 AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: IMPACT AND ACCEPTABLE” organized by HRM Club took place with great success with the participation of Dr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan - Vice Dean of Faculty of Business Administration; Mr. Le Van Khanh - Process and Training Manager - Paradox Vietnam Co., Ltd; Ms. Truong Thi Lan Huong - Managing Director - Muong Thanh Grand Hotel Da Nang.
The Workshop discussed the following topics: designing performance measurement scales and assessment forms in the Covid and post-Covid period, responding to information and organizing review meetings, motivating employees, obstacles in performance management in this period, application of performance management in reward and employee development.
With engaging and practical content, the workshop took place in a lively and interesting atmosphere. The event attracted a large number of K17 students and DUE students interested in the subject "Performance Management".
The sharing of two guests and specialized teachers brought the necessary knowledge and experience to manage performance in the most effective way.
