Providing Faculty and Staff With Knowledge on Respiratory Health

On the afternoon of April 3, the Trade Union of the University of Economics coordinated with Family Hospital Da Nang to organize a workshop themed “Respiratory Health: Identification and Prevention.” The program aimed to raise awareness and equip faculty and staff with knowledge on health care and disease prevention.
Attending the program on behalf of the University of Economics were Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh, Vice Rector and Chairwoman of the university’s Trade Union, members of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, and a large number of union members. Representing Family Hospital Da Nang were Master of Medicine and Dr. Ho Phan Thi Ly Da, Head of the Ear, Nose and Throat Unit; Master of Medicine and Dr. Le Thi Hong Duyen; and Dr. Nguyen Van Trong Nghia, Deputy Head of the Medical Consultation Unit.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh emphasized the importance of health care, especially respiratory health, in today’s working environment. She also expressed appreciation to the doctors from Family Hospital Da Nang for coordinating and organizing the meaningful program.

At the workshop, doctors from Family Hospital Da Nang shared a range of practical topics closely related to the work and daily lives of lecturers, faculty and staff:

The topics attracted strong interest and attention from union members. Many questions and concerns related to respiratory health were answered thoroughly by the doctors, helping participants better understand how to identify and prevent respiratory illnesses.
