Exchange on Organizing Teaching and Learning through the Blended Learning Model

On April 9, 2026, the University of Economics - The University of Danang held an exchange session on organizing teaching and learning through the blended learning model for lecturers. The program aimed to enhance training quality and meet the requirements of digital transformation in higher education.
Attending the program were Prof. Dr. Le Van Huy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Huu Man, along with a large number of DUE lecturers.

During the program, key contents related to organizing courses under the blended learning model were shared, including: developing teaching plans, identifying learning objectives, expected learning outcomes, course content, teaching methods, assessment methods, and grading structures suitable for each course.
The speakers also introduced the process of designing teaching plans for each course, ensuring alignment between face-to-face instruction and online learning. In particular, lesson plans are developed by week or topic, clearly presenting learning activities, learner tasks, forms of delivery, implementation timelines, and assessment milestones.

In addition, the exchange session also focused on guiding the use of the training management system, course management, and lecturer assignment. Specific instructions were provided on updating course data, managing training plans, learning materials, class schedules, and lecturer allocation in order to better support departments during implementation.
Through this activity, lecturers and administrators had more opportunities to exchange experiences and standardize methods for organizing teaching and learning through the blended learning model. This is considered one of the important solutions to help the University innovate teaching methods, enhance learners’ proactiveness, and maximize the effectiveness of technology in education.
