Launch Ceremony of the DUE Student Sports Delegation Participating in the 14th University of Danang Student Sports Games in 2026

On the morning of April 9, 2026, the University of Economics - The University of Danang solemnly held a send-off ceremony for its Student Sports Delegation participating in the 14th University of Danang Student Games in 2026.

Attending the ceremony were Professor Dr. Le Van Huy; Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh, head of the steering committee; Dr. Tran Xuan Quynh; Dr. Bui Trung Hiep, standing deputy head of the steering committee; along with coaches and all athletes of the DUE Student Sports Delegation.

Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh assigned tasks to the Student Sports Delegation of the University of Economics while expressing confidence and expectations that the athletes would compete with the highest level of determination and self-assurance to achieve outstanding results, helping spread the DUE image to friends and peers in a spirit of solidarity and friendship.

Representing all athletes, student Nguyen Ngoc Truong from class 50K33, captain of the men's football team, took the athletes’ oath. Guided by the spirit of “Healthy to study, healthy to contribute,” the entire delegation pledged to strictly comply with competition regulations, uphold solidarity, honesty and sportsmanship, and strive to bring home the best possible results for the University.

Representatives of the athletes took the oath, demonstrating their determination to compete wholeheartedly for the honor and colors of the University.

University leaders presented competition jerseys to athlete representatives and expressed their confidence in the teams ahead of the Games.

The 14th University of Danang Student Games - 2026 will take place from April 10, 2026, to April 24, 2026, featuring 10 competition categories. The University of Economics will participate in all categories with a total of 143 carefully selected athletes. With thorough preparation and a strong competitive spirit, the Student Sports Delegation is expected to achieve outstanding results and make a positive contribution to the success of the Games.
