ABOUT THE SHORT-TERM SCHOLARSHIP FOR THE EXCHANGE PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCE OF WESTPHALIAN (GERMANY), ROUND 7

Following the previous rounds of the Student Exchange Scholarship Program within the framework of Erasmus + Project between the University of Economics and Westphalian University of Applied Sciences (Germany), the abbreviation of WH School; The University would like to inform the Faculties about Scholarship Program at WH School - Round 7. Detailed information is as follows:
1. Rights and obligations of scholarship recipients:

Rights:

· Study at WH School (Gelsenkirchen Campus) during the summer semester, from March 1, 2019 - August 31, 2019.

· Get stipend of EUR 800 per month and return air tickets (maximum 1100 EUR).

· Time and results of study at WH School are recognized in the students' study program at the University of Economics.

Obligations:

· Complete at least 30 ECTs in the exchange semester - equivalent to 6 subjects (including German language), see subject details summer term at: http: //bit.ly/2qwPx1q

· Pay the tuition fee in full at the University of Economics and the fees prescribed by the University for students participating in this exchange program.

· At the end of the exchange period, students must return to Vietnam and report to the University through the Department of Planning and International Cooperation.
2. Scholarship Cover: According to the actual study time of students at WH University.

3. Criteria for selection:

· Be a student in the fields of Hotel Administration, Tourism Business Administration, Commercial Business Administration, General Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Ceremony Event Management Assembly, Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Marketing Management, Marketing Communications, Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Foreign Trade, Information System Administration, E-Commerce, Management Informatics.
· Students in 2nd year or 3rd year at the time of application submission.

· Having a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 / 4.0 and excellent training score.

· Having an IELTS certificate of 6.5 or equivalent.

· Good health.

4. Required Documents:

· Curriculum Vitae in English;

· 02 Letter of Recommendation in English;

· Motivation Letter in English;

· Propose recognition of the Faculty's equivalent subject (Form UEUD-INTER-MOBIOUT02), download at: http://bit.ly/2BqiAZV;

· Academic transcripts in English;

· Training points of students with confirmation of the Faculty or Student Affairs Department;
· A valid international English certificate;

· Proof of social performance or Union activities (if any).


5. Selection process:

· Round 1: The Selection Committee of the University of Economics conducts pre-qualification.

· Round 2: The Selection Committee of Westphalian University of Applied Sciences will assess and make a final decision.

6. Receiving applications:
