GRADUATE THESIS PLAN ROUND 1 SCHOOL YEAR 2015 -2016

The Faculty of Commerce would like to inform students who register to graduate in round 1 of the school year 2015-2016 and write a graduation thesis report as follows.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
For Full-time Students - Round I - 2015-2016 school year
I. Purposes, requirements of the internship

1. Purposes:

The Internship helps students to learn, strengthen and develop the knowledge and professional skills acquired at the University through practice, understanding and researching some practical issues in the fields, related to the major of study from which to complete the Internship Report or Graduation Thesis.

2. Requirements:

In order to complete the graduation internship, students need to comply with the following requirements:

- Register internship location and select graduation thesis.

- Practice, learn theoretical and practical issues related to the identified topic.

- Complete the research proposal and Graduation report on time.

- Comply with the requirements of the Faculty about the internship (See attached instructions).


II. Internship plan (Applicable for both students writing Graduation Thesis and Internship Report)

- Preparation period: (for students who do graduation thesis)

Students who are eligible for a University graduation thesis can apply for a thesis with the Faculty if they want. To be considered by the Faculty, students must submit a research proposal to the Faculty at http://goo.gl/forms/BQLIrMtRB1 before June 3, 2015.


Faculty and Department of specialized subjects will organize the selection and counsel for students to do graduation thesis if needed (June 10, 2015). Selection results and guiding lecturers list will be notified to students on the notice board and on the Faculty website on 12 June 2015.

Students who do not write a graduation thesis will register for additional study according to the University's plan and only do an internship report.
- Phase I: (01 week, from August 10, 2015 to August 16, 2015)

Students begin internship / graduation thesis, register internship / thesis title and guiding lecturers' name (if contacted and agreed by that lecturer) at http: / /goo.gl/forms/eN7XdsFlWc before August 13, 2015, get an overview of the company and write an internship plan.


- Phase II: (02 weeks, from August 17, 2015 to August 30, 2015)

Students continue to practice and explore the company's business activities. After receiving the assignment of guiding lecturers at the website of the department http://due.udn.vn/en-vn/khoa/thuong-mai, students contact and unify the topic, practice plan with instructors, register topics with Department of specialized subjects.

- Phase III: (05 weeks, from August 31, 2015 to October 4, 2015)

Students continue to practice, complete preliminary outline and detailed outline; or write a thesis as instructed by guiding lecturers.

- Stage IV: (07 weeks, from October 5, 2015 to November 22, 2015)

For students who practice internship reports, continue to practice, complete the report as instructed by guiding lecturers and prepare for the thesis defence. (The specific defence plan will be announced after the University's plan).


For students who register for graduation thesis, you should follow the requirements of the Faculty on the topic proposed in "Faculty Requirements for Graduation Practices" and the Faculty will have a separate plan to do Graduation thesis defence and implement through guiding lecturers
III. Trainers participating in the guide (with attached list)

In addition to lecturers of specialized subjects, lecturers in other departments within and outside the Faculty of Commerce may be invited to participate in guiding students depending on the requirements and the actual situation.
