Customer service staff: 01

Working place: 12th floor, VietinBank building, 36 Tran Quoc Toan, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city

Job description:

- Receive shipment information, check documents and conduct customs declaration on VNACCS system and track import/export clearance

- Making export C/O: Form A, B, AJ, VJ, D, AANZ . . .

- Carry out the work related to quality inspection of specialized agencies and ministries for shipments

- Contact the ports and container yards to carry out the procedures to pick up the goods. Contact the shipping unit to carry out the procedures for taking imported goods to the warehouse, solving arising problems

- Coordinate with shipping company to monitor and supervise the process of receiving goods at the port.

- Supervising the inspection of containers and bulk cargo at the port.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management when required.

- Work with customs sub-departments, customs officers, customs supervision officers to carry out customs clearance procedures.

- Synthesize information, report daily data

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure work.

- Informing the progress of goods and answering questions with customers

- Prepare, collect and track shipping documents.

- Make shipment reports, monthly reports, delivery and receipt of documents, tracking revenue and expenditure of shipments

Request:

- Female/Male graduated from university, college majoring in import and export, Foreign Trade and related disciplines.

- Proficient in customs declaration, C/O, KTCL registration on VNACCS, ECOSYS system and national one-stop portal

- Ability to work independently and in a team, withstand high work pressure. Be responsible at work.

- At least 1 year of experience.

- Professional and responsible working style

- Proficient in office computer, English communication.
