- Being a final year student at regular Universities specialized in Accounting and Auditing;
- Ability to do good group work, high sense of responsibility;
- Resistant to work pressure, honesty, agility and hard work.

- Trained in the financial report auditing program and financial reporting skills auditing,
- Arranged to participate directly in audits at AFA's customers
- To be paid working expenses during the time of participating in audit teams according to the Company's regulations;
- Receive professional support during the preparation of Thesis Report and Graduation thesis by AFA experienced auditors
- To be considered for recruitment into the official staff of AFA if they meet the conditions of professional qualifications and skills required by the Company.

- Introduction letter of the school (Faculty) is studying
- Copy of transcript (up to the time of submission), copies of other diplomas and certificates (if any)
