Students of Nguyen Hue High School (Hue City) Show Great Interest in Learning About DUE’s Admission Information

On the afternoon of March 7, 2026, the admissions consulting delegation from the University of Economics - The University of Danang (DUE) participated in an on-site admissions counseling program at Nguyen Hue High School (Hue City), providing useful information for 12th-grade students ahead of the 2026 university admissions season.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Huu Man - Head of the Academic Affairs Office - provided consultation at the event.

During the program, DUE lecturers introduced the university’s learning environment, academic programs, admission methods, as well as various opportunities for international study and scholarships. The atmosphere became lively as students actively raised questions about popular majors such as International Business, Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance - Banking.

In particular, many students showed interest in DUE’s English-taught programs, notably the IBS-ELITE (International Business Scholars - Elite) bachelor’s program, a new program to be launched in 2026. The program is designed for candidates with outstanding academic achievements and strong English proficiency, aiming to nurture and develop experts, managers, and researchers in the field of international business. IBS-ELITE is delivered entirely in English with small class sizes, integrating advanced coursework, research projects, and international learning experiences.

A large number of students showed strong interest in DUE’s academic programs.

Nhu Phuong, a student from class 12/8 at Nguyen Hue High School, shared: “Through this counseling session, I gained a clearer understanding of the academic programs offered by the University of Economics - The University of Danang, especially the English-taught programs and international exchange opportunities. This information helps me better identify a major that matches my interests and abilities”.

Kieu Oanh, Phuong’s classmate, also noted that the session provided her with broader perspectives on career orientation: “I am very impressed by the dynamic learning environment and the wide range of student activities at DUE. I am particularly interested in Marketing and E-commerce because these are rapidly growing fields with many career opportunities”.

The admissions counseling activity at Nguyen Hue High School is part of the 2026 career orientation and admissions campaign of the University of Economics - The University of Danang. Through such activities, the university aims to help high school students access official information and choose academic majors and university environments that best match their abilities and passions.
