Cathay Life Insurance Scholarship Award Ceremony 2025: Supporting Students in Overcoming Hardships and Building a Stronger Future

On December 19, 2025, Cathay Life Insurance Vietnam Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the University of Economics - The University of Danang, held the Cathay Life Insurance Scholarship Award Ceremony 2025. The program awarded scholarships to 10 outstanding students from the University of Economics and the University of Foreign Language Studies - The University of Danang, with each scholarship valued at 5 million VND. This meaningful support serves as a strong source of encouragement, helping students focus on their studies and strive for academic excellence.
The ceremony was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Minh Quan, Deputy Head of the Office of Student Affairs, Corporate Relations and Communications; Dr. Bui Trung Hiep, Acting Head of the Office of Student Affairs, Business Relations and Communications; representatives of Cathay Life Insurance Vietnam Co., Ltd.; and the scholarship recipients.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Van, Regional Deputy Director of Cathay Life Insurance Vietnam Co., Ltd., emphasized that the Cathay Life Insurance Scholarship is not only financial assistance but also a source of encouragement that provides students with confidence and motivation to stay resilient on their journey of learning and personal development.
