On August 20, 2026, the University of Economics - University of Danang held a working session with a delegation from the University of Adelaide, Australia, to discuss opportunities for collaboration in training, research, student exchange, and business engagement.


Welcoming the delegation were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Ngoc Phi Anh - Vice Rector of the University of Economics, representatives from the university’s professional units, and Dr. Phan Hoang Long - Deputy Head of Science and International Cooperation, University of Danang.

Both sides discussing opportunities for implementing semester-based student exchange programs, short-term courses, study tours, and summer/winter programs; as well as considering models for articulation, credit transfer, and joint/double degree programs such as 2+2, 3+1, and Bachelor Master pathways.


Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Ngoc Phi Anh discussed cooperation opportunities in training and student exchange.

Potential areas for collaboration include International Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics. The two universities also discussed faculty exchange, adjunct faculty, organizing academic seminars, and developing activities to enhance professional capacity.

In the field of research, DUE and the University of Adelaide explored the possibility of implementing joint research projects, international co-publications, conferences, and workshops, focusing on topics such as international business, management, marketing, digital transformation, innovation, and sustainable development.

In addition, both sides expressed interest in expanding international internships, work-integrated learning, and business connections in Vietnam and Australia, thereby enhancing students’ international experience and employability.



Both sides exchanging gifts, celebrating future cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, the two universities agreed to continue identifying priority areas and explore the potential for establishing an official cooperation framework, aiming to concretize collaborative initiatives in the near future.
